The Metro East Business Incubator (MEBI) is a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization established to help startup businesses and companies still in their early stages within St. Clair County communities including Fairview Heights, O’Fallon & Swansea. We plan to offer our clients various services geared to drive revenue and ensure the sustainability and growth of their businesses.
